Funny the way things fall in place. Last night I read #cartels are having trouble importing precursor chemical to make fentanyl and meth. Borders are closed and wholesale prices are up 20%. So what gives? The supply chain for illegal narcotics is has tightened up. There are & #39;new& #39; tactics being implemented towards cartels. So where& #39;s the dope coming from that& #39;s causing the uptick in overdoses.

& #39;High Intesity Drug Trafficking Organizations& #39; are very active all over #Florida and #Jacksonville and due to being an agricultural state we have thousands of workers from #Mexico and #CentralAmerica. All these workers are organized into cells.

So here& #39;s what I& #39;m thinking. With the #cartel& #39;s logistics problematic from US interdiction of large mobile shipments and the Florida overdose rate up...& #39;the coyotes and the jefes are now the main facilitators of smuggling drugs into our city and state.& #39;

#JacksonvilleFL has historically fought our drug problem with a show of force in forming advisory committees and wrapping a bow around a wasted bundle of cash to #CureViolence but homicides are up and overdoses are up. It& #39;s time to attack the suppliers from the ground up.
As I wrote last night in response to a @NateMonroe, & #39;It& #39;s incorrect to blame this city& #39;s homicide rate on @jsosheriff or @lennycurry.& #39; Societal normative decay has been on the downward slope since the late & #39;60& #39;s.
