They speak Saraiki language. It is not necessary for someone who is Baloch to speak Balochi language. Even ,Many Baloch tribes that lived in Balochistan don't know Balochi but they speak Brahvi language, this act doesn't make them Non-Baloch.

Secondly, Baloch is not the only one who lives in Balochistan. The largest ethnic group of Balochistan are Pashtun, which made almost 40% of the total Balochistan's population. Besides, smaller communities of Hazara, Tajik, Uzbek, and Turkmen are also settled there.
