Update 2 Kami's still slow, but our service is able to keep up with the massive uptick of usage. Our team is all hands on deck working on resolving it. Please note, our offline mode will automatically kick in to ensure no work is lost during this. But Turn In, etc will error out.
With the downtime, Kami's offline mode will automatically activate to ensure no work is lost. Please keep the Kami tab open and we will auto save everything once we're 100% online.
To help with server load, we've temporarily disabled 1) real time sync of annotations, and 2) automatic saving to Google Drive. Manually saving your changes to Google Drive will continue to work by pressing the "Save Now" or "Turn In" button.
Hi Ife, I'm really sorry that you're having problems with your Kami account. Due to our server overload, there will be noticeable issues with loading and saving files and annotations, as well as exporting files from Kami.
Our offline mode has automatically kicked in to ensure you don't lose your work. Please keep your Kami tab open so that when our servers are 100% operational, all your work will be saved back to the cloud.
