This week marks the implementation of CBPR2, a new regulation by the @EU_Commission that forces banks to disclose exactly what it costs to send money within the EU.

The problem is: banks and financial services they still get to decide when to implement these transparency measures, and whether to embed extra costs in dodgy exchange fees.
