-Equal # ministers for each side

-Knesset speaker will remain in Likud hands for *entirety* of govt tenure (irony of ironies)
-Ambassador to Washington appointed by each PM during his tenure
-Ambassadors to UN, London, Paris and Canberra appointed by Bibi for entire govt tenure

Annexation of West Bank settlements is explicitly in. Can be brought to vote after July 1

Only non-corona policy issue in deal's first 6 months ("emergency period") & can be put to vote unilaterally by Netanyahu. Gantz doesn't have veto. Only stipulation is agmnt w Trump Admin

Buried in agmnt is Blue-White caving to ultra-Orthodox demands re military conscription quotas - the issue that ostensibly started this elex cycle in Dec '18.
