Daycare filled out pre-app for a PPP loan the day @Chase allowed for those and was told they couldn’t actually apply until contacted. @Chase gave the ok at April 7 at 4:31 pm and the application was submitted at 4:39 pm, at which point they were told the program was tapped out.
