I decided I’m starting a food thread with bomb meals me and @briancole23 make

I’ll start with this meal from last night -

Beer brats with a fennel/celery/onion slaw topped with goat cheese
Pimento cheese, Dutch cheddar, and thick cut bacon mac & cheese

I forgot about this thread already
@briancole23 whipped this pimento cheese bacon burger up and it was SO GOOD.

All of the ingredients were purchased from Logan Street Market - Harvey’s Cheese, FOKO, Logan Street Bodega, The Country Meat Co., Colonel De Herbs & Spices
