Joe Biden praised Nancy Pelosi’s ‘great taste’ as she blocked worker’s paychecks.

Biden failed to side with American workers and did nothing as they lost their paychecks. Now his campaign is trying to pretend it never happened.

As American workers suffered thanks to Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer blocking more funding for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), Joe Biden was complicit.

When Pelosi had her Marie Antoinette moment in front of her $24,000 refrigerator stuffed full of luxury, $13-per-pint ice cream, did Joe Biden side with workers? No – Biden was in “Yas queen!” mode, telling Nervous Nancy, “you have great taste.”

The fact is, Biden approved of using the prospect of American workers' losing their paychecks as political leverage.

Just as Republicans warned, PPP funding ran out, small business loans were denied, and working class Americans paid the price. Biden got caught yet again prioritizing politics over paychecks. Now his campaign is trying to rewrite history:

“I think I read something the other day," Biden campaign senior advisor Symone Sanders said last night, "that said the federal government has run out of money for the small business program.

She thinks she read something? Either Biden's senior adviser wasn't paying attention to millions of workers' paychecks being threatened this week after Democrats blocked more PPP funding, or she's trying to bury Joe Biden's disastrous failure to protect paychecks for workers.

Symone Sanders later tweeted that the funding running out was “unacceptable,” again completely ignoring Joe Biden’s own failure.

One important thing we believe the administration should do is not just boost unemployment insurance but ensure we are taking care of folks so that employers keep people on the payroll,” Sanders said, completely ignoring the incredible success the PPP has had in doing just that.

Biden's rapid response dir went a step further, incredulously claiming that Republican "callousness" was somehow behind the funding exhaustion and then insisting that "more relief is a must." If that's true, why didn't Biden side with them instead of Nancy Pelosi’s “great taste”?
