Truck carrying food parcels looted.

People are starving, and they are not being allowed to earn a basic income.

Without any economic recovery plan, with corruption continuing, despite the crisis, this is only going to get worse.

We need to reconsider lockdown regulations!

I am suggesting:

1. Reconsider lockdown regulations to allow people to earn a basic income.

2. Roll out extensive food security programs to avoid starvation.

3. Direct law enforcement agencies to exercise restraint in enforcing the lockdown.
