These people are being systematically bamboozled into doing this nonsense by powerful people who will use them to promote their agenda and then leave them to to their humiliation and consequences.

They're not receiving the financial support from the government that the lockdown REQUIRES to succeed. And they're not receiving the guidance from their leadership to demand more direct support and small business aid. They're being led down a rabbit hole by Hanniy, Tucker, etc...

They are being told by the GOP establishment that the virus is FAKE NEWS and that accepting financial support from the government is SOCIALISM. As such, this is the perfectly natural and rational response.
