FM says “help is available” for people needing health accessing food. More money is being made available in grants. People who are shielding - staying at home for 12 weeks - can access free weekly deliveries of food

140,000 school pupils are being provided with free school meals still. Extra funding announced for the third sector to deliver food to those in need.
FM says no one should go without food. Contact local authority or call 0800 111 4000 - “no one should have to worry about access to food” whether it’s difficulties with money or getting out.
FM on school closures - Scottish government is publishing support for carers and parents educating at home. Money for closing the attainment gap can be redirected for disadvantaged families with kids at home. Says she’s not expecting people to recreate the classroom
