Easy DIY activities to entertain my baby at home and improving his fine motor skills using whatever materials I have

Drop activity using pom pom balls and paper roll.

It’s great for helping him develop fine motor skills and an understanding of cause and effect.

Pom pom balls can be replaced with something else. Sometimes I used markers.

Here’s a simple colour matching activity that you might like to set up and try with your kid.

It involves them focusing on colours of objects and matching them together.

I’m using cardboard and lego.

Taped toys is such a fun and easy activity to set up.

This activity encourages my baby to works on hand-eye co-ordination and it's amazing the amount of concentration that peeling tape requires.

Using chenilles stem sticks for tugging and colour matching activities.

Also I’m using pom pom balls and taped them on the cardboard for him to pluck them out.

The sticks and pom pom created a wonderful sensory experience too.
