I was threatened by the self-proclaimed "powerful man in the ANC", Director General of @DAFF_ZA MIKE MLENGANA, who called and threatened to deal with me if i don't stop asking questions about stolen Abolone, firing of whistleblowers and his alleged involvement on SA fence & Gate

I have attached a letter sent to the DG, Chief of staff in the presidency and Department of Agriculture, forestry and fisheries.

Mr Mlengana told me how is has dealt with everyone who has questioned him before. My sin was to ask how he has responded to the Master and PSC reports

Mike Mlengana has been accused of forcing his the Deputy Director General, Siphokazi Ndudana, to authorize payment of R57 Million to SA Fence and Gate for work that was not done. After her refusal, Mlengana intensified his successful effort to drive out Siphokazi from @DAFF_ZA

It wasn't the first time Mlengana attempted to have Siphokazi participate in corruption. In July 2017, DG Mlengana invited DDG Siphokazi to Westin Hotel where he allegedly proposed that Siphokazi works with him in benefiting from confiscated Abolone worth millions of rands.

Among many other incidents, Siphokazi was forced by Mlengana to meet with his wife, Mrs Mlengana for reasons of allocation of fishing rights to Mrs Mlengana.

The confiscated Abolene which was eventually stolen after Siphokazi refused to work with Mlengana and benefit from it as he had proposed, has never been traced despite involvement of Crime Intelligent. It is believed that a classified intelligent report details who was involved.

An unknown Hong kong company made a payment of R7.5 million into @DAFF_ZA again, mr Mlengana forced Siphokazi to work with officials in the department and authorize the money. When Siphokazi raised the red flag, she was once again seen as a stumbling block and was dealt with

Mlengana's history of intimidation is nothing new. He does to all those who dare to question. He fires people as he pleases with no consequences. Mlengana is continues to receive salary of DG when @CyrilRamaphosa and @BarbaraCreecy_
appointed a new DG. What is the salary for?

All those who have tried to report and stop corruption in @DAFF_ZA
have been dealt with harshly by Mlengana. Siphokazi Ndudana. Themba Vico and Nazima Parker are among those who have been fired from @DAFF_ZA despite being found not guilty of any misconduct.

Worse Mlengana unconstitutionally instituted an illegal committe to discipline Siphokazi in her absence, disregarding a medical certificate indicating that she was too sick to attend the bogus hearing.

Mlengana's rule of wrath continues as he, with the help of @BarbaraCreecy_ went after a law firm called BXi attorneys that successfully litigated and recovered millions of dollars for RSA @GovernmentZA @DAFF_ZA from illegal fishing by local and international syndicates.

Bxi attorneys became victims when they were made implementing agents by US and Jersy governments to implement programs circumventing illegal fishing and educate people in RSA. The NPA is aware as they worked with Xulu who represented @DAFF_ZA and government to recover the money.

The cause for victimization of people in the department, is to try protect criminals who continue to steal from South Africa's oceans where powerful politicians steal and sell fish to Asia. Fishing industry is worth trillions, enough to create employment and fund students.

It is in fact reported that @DAFF_ZA has two Acting Director Generals. Why would @BarbaraCreecy_ and @PresidencyZA @CyrilRamaphosa allow such when a department should have one DG? What is the use of having two DG's?
