after it’s thoroughly mixed, add the egg and lemon juice. the batter will curdle but don’t worry that’s just the chemistry behind it. the outcome won’t be affected at all

after mixing that, add the flour. *AND SALT AND BAKING POWDER. i totally forgot to include them in this diagram.. sorry ;(

you can scoop the batter with an ice cream scoop or roll them with your hands, u do u but please freeze them for at least 20 minutes.

bake them in a preheated oven at 180°c for 15 minutes. make sure u monitor them bcs these cookies are like humans. sometimes.... unpredictable
