shit got me dripping in sweat i was so 😭😭😭. anyways after neglecting and dreading working out yet still ordering junk food everyday and gained 11 pounds, i finally got motivated to start. i hope this lasts and that i don't make excuses πŸ™‡β€β™€οΈ

when you can only do the low impact version <3. woke up, listened to some motivational speeches cause why not & then i got started 😌 it's still quite early so i plan to do the optional video tonight & also the alexis ren thigh workout.

idk who lied to me but it does not get easier on the third day πŸ˜— basically this time it was 4 dif. workouts i did them (most of them at low impact but shhhh)

tmr is a break day so what i did was 1/3 of her workouts today & for abs i did alexis ren's ab workout instead since her workouts are easier to process and just more common (??) lollll
instead of taking a rest day tmr i'll just do 3/3 of the workouts of day 4
