What& #39;s giving? It& #39;s to put into the possession of another for his/her use.
Or to commit to another as a trust or responsibility & usually for an expressed reason.

God’s Power? is the strength & ability given by God which enables man to do extraordinary & supernatural things.

You see before you give, you need to trust the person. But we often give because a person lacks or is in need of it.
Do you trust everyone you give?
Do you trust God? If yes then why don& #39;t you support His activities?

Why not contribute and give in church to keep His house beautiful? Why don& #39;t you give Him your time?
Anytime you refuse to do these things it simply means you don& #39;t trust God.

There are some people after giving to them you lose everything you had. You can suffer for years because you gave to the wrong person.
Yes it happens. That& #39;s why we need to pray to God for the spirit of discernment so we don’t make mistakes.

And if you can& #39;t discern ask yourself if you can trust who ever you are giving to before you do so.
Let& #39;s take queue from Isaac in Genesis 26:12-13. It& #39;s not all churches you are supposed to sow a seed into. You can sow in a church and lose everything you& #39;ve obtained from God.

It& #39;s not on every altar you must give to. It& #39;s about time we discern. Sometimes you sow at the right church but you reap nothing. This is because when you sow it takes time before you can harvest. Therefore let& #39;s cultivate the attitude of patience.
Luke 6:38 says give and it shall be given unto you. You need to always make the first move when giving. Which is hard but it pays off trust me. You don& #39;t need to be a billionaire or be prestigious before you give. Give the little you have, it makes a difference (Luke 16:10)
Currently you have a job/ a source of income yet you say it& #39;s too little to help, give & to tithe. Forgetting that others are jobless and even envious.
Yet you know that there are others who are more qualified to hold that position. You think God isn’t aware of your condition.

He knows it all. He wants to help you. SO GIVE.
You can give your time, a listening ear, clothes, money, attention, resources, advise, prayers etc.
2Cor9:6-8 brings us to the word sparingly=careful in the management of money/resources or giving/sharing as little as possible.

Bountiful means liberal/ generous in bestowing gifts/favors or given/ provided abundantly.This tells us that the size of your seed matters.
It& #39;s different when you truly don’t have much. And its very different when you have much and you choose to give little.

Don& #39;t be coerced to give because there is no blessing attached to it.

In order to give to people freely you need to be selfless.
We all need money. Because I gave out my money doesn’t mean I don’t need it. It means I care about you & I want you out of that situation.
Often you realize that the person’s need is more pressing than yours.

One may ask who should receive my offerings?
God, the source of your spiritual food should receive your offering.

This is giving a tenth of your money to God.
Come to think of it we pay tithe to a lot of things. Before your monthly salary is paid you& #39;ve already made plans for it.
We spend more than a tenth on these expenditures at the expense of God& #39;s.

Tithe is a documentation of gratitude.
If you are not a faithful tither God is not authorized to bless you.
When you pay your tithe you are securing Favour. It guarantees God’s continuous Favour in your life.
