I know y’all are probably sick of hearing me rant about this over and over but I just wanna talk about this mans right here for one second.
Imagine for like.. 2.5 seconds you had the chance to work and train at the same label as your idol. Your ult. That one person that you love and who inspires you so much.
Imagine having the chance to work with the same trainers. To see them at events. To potentially get to know them and be mentored by them.
That feeling in your chest? That hope and excitement and “God I wish...” feeling is everything Jung Wooyoung had when he was a trainee with Big Hit.
And he STILL gave it up and walked away because he wanted to remain by his best friend’s side and debut with him, even though it could have cost him his career.
He walked away from a hugely successful company that was going to debut a new boy group that was sure to already have hundreds of thousands of fans even before debut. Basically guaranteed success, all eyes on Bug Hit’s new BG. The world already knew they‘s be insanely talented.
He risked everything to join a small company with no track record and absolutely no guarantees that they could make it. KQ had little to offer compared to Big Hit and Jung Wooyoung still stood up and walked out because it was his dream and promise to Yeosang that they would
debut TOGETHER.
This right here. This is part of the reason why I love and admire Wooyoung with my entire existence.
His dedication and honesty and willingness to sacrifice everything to keep his promise and remain loyal to the people he loves and cares about...

We all love woosan’s friendship too but woosang deserve more recognition and WOOYOUNG IN GENERAL deserves more recognition. This man is amazing and I aggressively support him with my entire heart.
Shfhfksha people are actually reading this so I just wanted to add that when they took their first win, Yeosang went straight to Wooyoung.

After they announced the win and it cuts back to ateez, I immediately was like... wait,, where’s Yeo?
This right here. This is pure relief and happiness on Yeosang’s face and the first person he thought of when they won was Wooyoung.
His friend who has been with him since the beginning, and who risked so much because their friendship means THAT MUCH to him.
