My biggest flex 😭 233 to 156
Crazy thing about this I’ve never ever been to a gym 😭 & NO I haven’t had surgery!!
I’m overwhelmed with dms & tweets so I’ll just post what I did😭 I’m not good at weight loss advice or tips but starting out I did a 25 min workout video I cut back on my calories I went from 5000 to 1200 calories a day( I ate out every single day) -
I didn’t really have a strict diet & I’m not the biggest fan on vegetables so I stuck with fruit , crackers, & water during the day it’s not the healthiest diet I wouldn’t recommend it but y’all asked 😭 I had these little plates that I would meal prep in -
The only day I allowed myself to eat out was Saturday I only ate at Wendy’s a chicken wrap and fries😭 also I used a detox tea from amazon twice a week which helped me lose about a pound or two each time i used it -
I forgot to mention for dinner I would have something like bake chicken & rice or vegetable lasagna or like these vegetable noodles😭! If you don’t have a shape please please wear a waist trainer or sweat belt every time you workout!!! Hope this helps somewhat ❤️
😭 I left out wear your waist trainer 6-8 hours a day! & take a cold shower for 2-3 mins
Damn i forgot to mention Fasting is how I maintain my weight now & I wrap my belly in Saran Wrap with Vaseline it helped with the appearance of my belly 🙂
