I told him to stop booking through you because you become a nuisance between airlines and customers in case of a crisis and you are now proving it by not being able to answer this simple question.

When my father first flight with Air Canada got cancelled: It was possible to make changes online directly with Air Canada unless you booked through people like @ExpediaCA, then you had to go through @ExpediaCA and never be able to do anything...
