Dear whiny bhadralok commies. The marwari youth sitting in his office on a luxurious sofa whom you frown at is not a result of luck cheating your folk out of resources.
Several generations before him worked their skin off in the heat and rain, ruining their entire life on the front desk, took unprecidented financial risks, went bankrupt, rose back again.
They supplied goods and services at the most affordable rates in a hostile pro bengali communist/socialist regime, saved every penny, sacrificed lifestyle and leasure and relentlessly negotiated with authorities.
The previous generations of Bhadraloks were busy calling for bunds, protests, dreaming of revolution, explaining the details of their zamindari ancestry, taking afternoon naps on working days, pursuing liberal arts degrees inconsistent with the market and making smoke rings.
The Marwari in his sofa is the culmination of several generations of smart hard work while Bhadraloks are the culmination of several generations of buffoonery. They only discredit him for inheriting his family business cause the Bhadralok's families left them none.
Had the families of Bhadraloks left them anything worth a dime, they would have run a separate course on crediting inheritance in their colleges.
If the Bhadraloks think the marwari's ancestors embezzled and cheated their way into wealth, then be it. Sad, with all that intellect, Bhadralok's ancestors couldn't even cheat.
The Bhadralok's spite for the marwari owned private firms that the Bhadraloks travel to in their rattling trams every morning for a living holds a mirror to their acute hypocrisy, failure, disloyal nature and treachery.
So, no, Bhadralok's ancestors couldn't cheat, not because they were honest, but lazy morons. No one needs Bhadraloks to recite theories of western philosophy that they memorised. The world can look them up on google.
The Marwari youth on his sofa is usually the boss of these Bhadraloks. He is the tycoon. The Bhadraloks are just baffoons.
