Threads of what I cooked at home during MCO 🤪✌🏽;;
Day 1. MB3 Wagyu 🥩, yep I like it rare like dat. Served with roasted veges + mashed potato.
This method called, butter basting. Plus herb(thyme) and garlic. Ps; ignore them 😂
Day 6. Fluffy omelet for breakfast. How to make it fluffy? Whisk the egg white till its thick foamy then whisk the yolk together. Easy asf. No final picture cause I forgot too 🙂
Day 6. Wagyu MB3 again, with Wagyu dripping fats fried rice and roasted veges #stayhealthy
Day 15. Bolognese pappardelle 🍝 Pappardelle is a type of pasta that is 2x wider than fettuccine.
Hand scratched pasta(jk, with a lil help from rolling machine & pong). Ingredients? Flour and eggs 😉
Day 26. Beef lasagna. Supposed to use mozzarella but I forgot to buy em so sliced cheese would do and hey! It actually tasted good or even better haha
Day 34. Guacamole 🥑 dipped w/ Nachos, as midnight snack 😬
Day 35. Curry butter prawn and creamy mushroom chicken. Chicken got covered with mushroom 😂
Day 5. Lemon meringue pie with the help of pong. I didn’t have a final picture for it cause I forgot 😩
