God reseasoning a pan is as satisfyng as MOISTURIZING ur face. Made eggs n they were perfect
crispy edges n a bright yellow yolk to dip toast in. I guess we could sear meat now but I’d really rather not cook with it. Fave skillet recipes?

Baking stresses me the fuck out but we had a lot of pears & I wanted to play with the skillet. Made a super delicious spiced tart & hated every moment of it
