I was signed out the care of a likely #COVID19 patient w/ mild bilateral lower lobe infiltrates on CXR, O2 sat 97% w/ walking. Chest CT pending due to +ddimer which I thought was overkill. Chest CT came back with large PEs + COVID pneumonia. Should we be screening more for PE?
