Since yesterday, our infrastructure is under DDoS attack. It means that an attacker is using many machines across the internet to send a high volume of fake traffic to our servers.

(It’s like a group of people crowding the entry door of a pizzeria, making it hard for legitimate customers to enter, thus disrupting the pizza distribution.)

In this way, our website and iOS app can be unavailable or take a long time to respond.

The purpose of this kind of attack is to disrupt the service but also to rise financial costs and weaken the targeted company.

We are committed to mitigate this issue and will keep you updated.
