#XiCheng modern AU where LXC asked JC to pretend to be his partner to show off to his ex that LXC already move on..
In this matter, LXC made a contract - it was signed by both of them - that JC nor him are not allowed to fall for each other.
Money was involved, of course! JC needs the money to support his family - especially him, who still studying..
However, during the process of "pretends date", something had changed. And they were aware of it but they didn& #39;t take about it.
And then when LXC& #39;s ex approached them, he/she said, "I love you still." And look at JC, "You can now stop this drama. I want you back, Xichen. We& #39;re sorry, you got involved."
