Sweet potato breakfast bowl: Tonight I baked off 5 sweet potatoes at 400 for 45 min. Let cool. Pop out of skin into mixing bowl with whisk. Add water, almond butter, cinnamon, maple syrup (opt). Whisk. Add water if not fluffy enough. Store in fridge. #plantbased #readyforMonday
In the AM: Heat up, top with blueberries (fresh is best but frozen is ok too), raw cacao nibs, any other topping you love. But the blueberry combo is out-of-this-world delish! 🍠🥣
Next up: tonight soft/hard boil eggs or choose to poach them in the morning.
In the AM: Toast Ezekiel bread, top with sliced avocado, sea salt and red pepper flakes. Place egg or using a large grater, grate egg on top. 🥑
Serve with side of fruit. 🍓 #makebreakfast
Buckwheat Smoothie Bowl Buckwheat is a super food! Soak 1c buckwheat the night before.
In the AM, rinse with strainer then use food processor to blend: Frz blueberries, banana, buckwheat, almd butter, hemp and chia seeds, H2O: #makebreakfast Orig recipe: https://bit.ly/2Kodovt 
Before bedtime, place 1 cup oats and 3 cups of water in pot and bring to a boil. Turn off heat, immediately place top on.
In AM: warm up, add almond butter, cinnamon, and a tiny amount of plant based milk or water.
Top with frz or frsh blueberries, raw honey 🍯

This is the best chocolate chia pudding recipe. Make it the night before in your blender and it’s ready to go in the AM. Recommend dates instead of maple syrup. Also MYO almond milk if you can.
Top with berries. Delicious. #covidcooking #makebreakfast
