I'm compiling some of my most memorable food/beverage memories to allay my anxieties about our world today.

There was an unexpected downpour while we were trekking the Soganli Valley that afternoon, and our clothes were soaked and we froze, camping inside one of the cave churches. When the sun finally came out, we enjoyed sipping tea in a very random but beautiful hut nearby.
Forgive the blurry photos. It was probably a mix of excitement and hypoglycemia. We waited for 2 hours to try these @ginosorbillo pizza (Margherita Bufala and Calabrese), still the best ones I've ever had. Will line up again when I get the chance!
We ventured out to Burano to try the seafood risotto at Trattoria da Romano. We didn't realize that it would be quite...posh. Over budget, but I wanted to try. So yun lang talaga inorder namin. Unforgettable how a simple dish celebrated seafood in this distilled form!
Spent the morning (after a late night) before my flight out of Vienna having coffee in a made-up sandbar in the middle of the city with some of my favorite persons in the world, sad not knowing when I would see them again and grateful to have the opportunity to meet them.
I love coffee and beautiful coffee shops, but das Wiener kaffeehaus culture is the world’s best! I’ve spent hours catching up with friends, planning itineraries and enjoying my usual melange. Some favorites: Hawelka, Central, Palmenhaus and Landtmann. Worth the trip to Vienna!
