When he wasn’t expecting you to know the answer

When you successfully refer a patient to another specialty and have them take over care

When you give a correct answer but it wasn’t the one he wanted

When you give an answer he’s not sure on (often sarcoidosis, lupus and vasculitis) - could be BS or brilliance, he doesn’t know

During post-take and the patient tells him something they didn’t tell you which completely changes management
