Classmates at Carrollton HS in GA and their followers shared the video across platforms. It picked up traction online. Eventually my good friends in #BlackTwitter and the world were rightfully showing their disappointment. #Black was trending on Twitter.
This guy even defended the couple and got roasted. He had to say he was hacked lol. Nobody should defend this racists.
The school expelled them and made a pretty standard statement how this isn't what the whoole represents. their are not to graduate. This is a common problem in the area apparently and cannot be normalized. People should know if you're a POS you will get rekt in today's climate.
People called the school, potential colleges, their work places and Mr. Hume was fired from his job.
She made an her first public statement apologizing and blaming her boyfriend for normalizing racism. Though she was leading pretty well in the video and it was her account. They are both responsible. What's crazy is she said "I believe blacks are human too"
The OBVIOUS problem with that is, you just stated you didn't think black people were humans at one point. You also called them "Blacks". This was a horrible apology from someone who is clearly racist & more upset they were caught instead of actually feeling bad for being racist.
This is the full follow up. She has reportedly received death threats. Their addresses were leaked online her parents were contacted etc.

She attempted to deflect her racist actions by dragging other racists and homophobes down with her. She's like "if I'm going down ya'll coming too" lol
I mean I'm all for calling out racists, but you must show change in yourself not try to take off the heat by exposing others.

This town has a problem. It needs to be addressed and open racism cannot be normalized. This should be a lesson to racists. It's bad enough you think that way but if you dare show it, you will feel justice eventually.
Fake accounts have been created pretending to be her, even Ariana Grande replied. She's a trump supporter and Christian. It's weird how people like that have such low moral standards for people who differ from them in any way.
This story is developing. This should just be a lesson to the world. Don't be a racist. People do not choose the color of their skin, where they grow up and what their born into. Show some empathy towards others.
