This incident made her realise the trauma of those waiting for an organ and the dilema of taking an organ from a loved one. Since then, she decided to undertake this mission of promoting deceased organ donation and encouraging more people to sign up for donations. 2/4
She took the initiative to start the Mumbai office of MOHAN Foundation and is passionately working to make organ donation waiting lists almost non-existent in India. 3/4
Mrs. Jairam hopes to enable support groups where experiences and information can be exchanged so that it's not so hard for people to get a SECOND CHANCE! 4/4
