Nose pieces from 3 masks. Top 2 are from different boxes of SAME Chinese mask. Top = solid plastic, will not/cannot hold shape. Middle = a twist tie with very small wire, better but not strong enough to maintain shape. Bottom, Primed mask. Aluminum strip, holds shape. #ableg
Please note. All masks were worn, no unused masks were harmed in the making of this thread.
The masks. Box 1 uses plastic nose piece. Box 2, supposedly the same mask but uses twist tie. Pic 2. Primed mask: aluminum strip.

Where is the quality control? Does AHS know what the bought?
#ableg
The 2 boxes of Chinese masks don't have the same nose pieces nor do they even look the same. Also appear to be manufactured differently as well. #ableg
How did these make it through any type of quality control from AHS? They do not seal onto your nose which defeats the entire purpose of wearing a mask. Putting one on for even a few seconds reveals this which makes me believe nobody checked them. Pull these immediately. #ableg
And if anyone is not aware, I am a pretty big conservative supporter. This is not a partisan issue and I am not intending to make it one but at the same time I will not let my political views cloud or stop me from calling out those who deserve it. You bought crap, fix it. #ableg
I have family members whose life may literally depend on this stuff and @AHS_media doing their job in purchasing and testing. They failed.
Late addition to thread.

As noted in the comments, these masks are not marked as latex free, possibly leading to serious consequences if someone has an allergy. Also the metal wire used in some of these cannot be used anywhere near an MRI. While Primed masks can be.
