Her name is Ygritte
We have had her for 8 months
We adopted her from the Dallas Humane Society (this is when we first met her)
She had been there nearly 8 months
We knew she was our girl bc all the other dogs started barking when we came in, and she just sat down at the front of her kennel then licked our hands - so we brought her home
She had heart worms when we adopted her, but 8 months later she is heartworm free (also 10 lbs heavier - she a thicc bitch)
She is the love of my life

Today Ygritte is keeping an eye out for vicious cats and home invaders that look a lot like mail delivery persons

And today we got her genetics test in!! We have been calling her a lab/pit mix but thatâs actually not true at all! Sheâs quite a mix, naturally, but itâs primarily Staffy/Dalmatian!

We asked Ygritte which @F1 team she supported. My husband urged her toward #McLaren and I pushed her toward #MercedesAMGF1....but ultimately she chose for herself and went with #essereFerrari
She did express individual interest in the flying Finns, Raikkonen & Bottas, and in Gasly
