a mini thread on how i cope with a month of MCO/Quarantine

i spend most of my time on my table, so here are some tips that may help
clean up your workspace! a change of view will help with feeling "ah this is a new thing to look at!" since human brains need stimulation/variety

a personal tip: putting up one or two new prints/pictures help with having a "change of scenery"
work stuff! since i have to do online classes, and its hard to feel motivated, i find that splitting the work into smaller pieces and make them achievable in a day makes me feel productive
i write down my tasks and use it to cover my anime bois so i can remove and see them ;;

- its always in bullet form
- its always 1-2 small tasks
- its always over the face
this may or may not be useful, but if i do at least 2 or more tasks in a day, rewards me around 2-3 hours of leeway time to destress haha
thats all i can say!
always vary your days by doing other hobbies or work, and balance it by resting and drinking water
