Many fire services in ON have voluntarily edited their tiered response to reduce lower acuity medicals. Others have done so in conjunction with physicians and/or Paramedic Service consultation. For the @opffa to put this on their website and blame Paramedics is frankly appalling.

Dear @opffa:

Please name ONE Paramedic Service in Ontario that has unilaterally and "permanently" changed their tiered response agreement with their respective fire services.
