@airtelindia Recently bought Airtel bharti broadband connection from a bharti distributor alliance "allegiance datacommunications", I was promised connection in two days, but now they are not even responding to my calls and messages. airtel has any partnership with allegiance?

This is the document of proof given by the distributor when I asked bharti I'd card as a proof before payment, I am really struggling due to broadband connection if this is not fake distributor pls help escalate this
