Best #startup advice from the past two weeks:

- Must be doing something essential for your customers - nice to haves are done

- Figure out what you can control and focus on that

- Seek more timeless advice, less timely advice (things changing too fast)
- Focus on customer retention, okay to discount to keep a customer, just don't lose them

- Still all about capital preservation and extending runway

- If sales stop, focus on building product and brand moat
- Dig into customer base to figure out who may churn, spend time with them to retain them

- Even though the markets are up (which makes no sense to me), we're very much not on solid ground, don't be misled that we are through even the beginning of this
- Rest this weekend, we've all been going so hard the past 6 weeks to figure things out and this will be a marathon
