Scooter Braun’s holding company Ithaca Ventures, recently purchased Taylor Swift’s catalogue & was backed by The Carlyle group, a firm contributing to the Yemen genocide.

Scooter is also vocally pro-Israel and completely unconcerned with any of the nation’s atrocities against Palestinians. He’s famous for feigning a “nice guy” act about “maintaining peace” that oppressive institutions commonly use to silence victims of their regimes.

Similar to Bieber, Scooter arranged for Demi Lovato to take a similar paid propaganda trip. Her IG caption recieved backlash for whitewashing Israel’s oppressive history, & unlike any of his other clients, she apologized, AGAINST SCOOTER’S APPROVAL

Whenever an issue arises, Scooter Braun’s PR strategy has NEVER been to address it or offer an apology. Rather he simply ignores it, and waits for things to “blow over”

Think of this in regards to a Scooter reviving R. Kelly’s career in 2013 by adding him to a Justin Bieber track.

Every other artist who worked with Kelly apologized, including Gaga (a survivor herself) who removed their duet from streaming & was then attacked for doing so.

Justin Bieber decided to stay COMPLETELY SILENT. In fact, his collaboration is still up and is generating revenue for both of them.

He WANTS you to forget that he reintroduced R. Kelly to the public AFTER he was exposed as a predator.

Despite significant backlash, Scooter has NEVER adressed or clarified these partnerships. Additionally, some of his clients like Ariana and Demi Lovato had voiced their support for Kesha in the past, but Scooter has since made them support Dr. Luke’s new project, Kim Petras

In January, ousted Grammy CEO Deborah Dugan came forward about being sexually assaulted by Joel Katz, Scooter Braun’s lawyer. Many big acts nominated this year boycotted the event in solidarity with Dugan, except for Scooter’s clients.

SCOOTER IS STILL IN BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN

Rather than address ANY of this, Scooter Braun proceeded to share an INCREDIBLY DISTURBING meme making light about sex trafficking. He then defending it by saying he found the topic humorous.
