@VikingCruises Very upset with #Viking Cruises. We cancelled our River Boat Cruise. They refunded us 50% of our fees in cash. We claimed the difference with TripMate but were informed that Viking told them we had got a full refund in credit vouchers and they closed our claim.
@vikingCruises - Incorrect! I Need Viking to contact TripMate to resolve but Viking not returning our numerous calls. I need to hear from someone at Viking that can assist and resolve this issue. Be the 1st class company you claim to be. Thank you.
