Our country's ICT infrastructure is not yet ready to handle the information of all its constituents. Last time our country handled such data, it was exposed by hackers, proving that our system is not yet secured enough for the National ID system to push through.

If you want this to push through despite our ICT infrastructure's security flaws, go ahead and let all of us be exposed and make this lead to cyber crimes and worse, identity theft. I'm not going to have my information stored in somewhere I don't trust.
