Kirsten actually encouraged Tulsi to run and raised funds for her 2012 HoR campaign, which helped propel Tulsi from 20% to 65% in Feb, to 33% to 43% in April 29, and finally a 20% lead (49%-29%) in August 2 against the former Honolulu mayor Mufi Hanneman.

And there was this image where Tulsi and Kirsten were sitting relatively close.
Don't forget this moment when CNBC "accidentally" put Kirsten's face over Tulsi's and Geoff Yang's face over Andrew Yang. 
And don't forget that Kirsten vouched for Tulsi in one of her campaign e-mails, even having Tulsi as her subject line (mentioned in this @KimIversenShow vid, timestamped):

Also, Tulsi and Kirsten first announced their bids only 4 days apart from each other. Tulsi on Jan 11. Kirsten on Jan 15. Do note that right in the middle of those days is Jan 13, Andrew Yang's and my birthday. 
And here again, Tulsi and Kirsten stood next to each other at Rep. Jim Clyburn's Fish Fry on June 22, 2019.
And don't forget that they both announced their support for you-know-who on the same day, March 19, 2020 -- only hours apart in fact. (Tulsi did so at 9:45 AM, while Kirsten did so at 5:35 PM, both CST). One's got to wonder if Kirsten was actually thinking of endorsing Tulsi.
