In #Syria we& #39;re donating hygiene kits for detainees, as well as preventative equipment and materials like disinfectant, gloves, goggles and gowns. We& #39;ll provide hygiene kits to reach 750,000 internally displaced people over the next three months. #COVID19
In #Iraq we& #39;re donating protective equipment and materials like disinfectant, gloves, goggles, gowns to health facilities and places of detention. To date, we& #39;ve donated to 18 health care centres, 2 hospitals, 15 physical rehabilitation centres & 27 places of detention.
In #Yemen we& #39;ve provided training, preventive information and material distributed to supported hospitals, primary health care centres and dialysis centers, and a public information campaign including audio spots on #COVID19 prevention measures.
In #Gaza we& #39;ve donated 20,000 masks and other protective materials to the @PalestineRCS including blankets, mattresses and hygiene kits. We& #39;re also supplying infrared thermometers to screen suspected cases and other medical equipment.
In #Lebanon we& #39;re supporting the main #COVID19 testing and treatment facility, Rafic Hariri University Hospital, to boost response and bed capacity.
