Lawyers shouldn't be arrested just because they have "met" with or "talked to" criminals/ those accused of crimes. Are lawyers expected to do background checks before they meet clients? Of course a lawyer can't aide & abate a crime or cover it up, that's against the law. But(2/3)

But if that's what he is being accused of then why not tell him that? The State has no right to remain silent about what crimes it is accusing a citizen of. That is not the kind of society you'd want to live in. Indefinite detention without being accused of a crime is wrong (3/3)
