I filed my Paycheck Protection Program application with @PNCBank on 4/4. They haven't even submitted it to the SBA yet, with funds expected to run out within hours.
I was ready to apply on 4/3, when the program opened, but @PNCBank wasn't ready to take applications that day.
Then, I woke up bright and early on 4/4 to submit, but the @PNCBank online application was full of glitches. It would kick me out and make me resubmit all of the information again. My PNC rep told me it was a bank-wide issue and to periodically keep trying.
Finally, that evening, my PPP application with @PNCBank went through after a grueling several hours of attempts. I was all set at that point, right? Wrong...
It was radio silence from @PNCBank for ten days - until I received what appeared to be an automated message from a generic PNC email account falsely saying they were missing payroll details (the online application wouldn't even let you advance without uploading those).
This email from @PNCBank also said "Do not include any questions in the reply as we will be unable to answer them in a timely way," and, "Please do not contact PNC branches or the Care Centers for information about your application status."
I promptly sent them the information, again, since it was already included in my initial submission. Since then I have received no confirmation of receipt. No guidance on next steps. Nothing. All I can do is log in and check my status, which remains "Under Review"
