GREATGUYS WERE MENTIONED ON MUSIC ACCESS!

DJLex and Wondae talked about tall idols when the quiz answer was SF9 Rowoon. one of the hints was “the tallest male kpop idol” and they mentioned KNK too and Wondae said there were lots of comments mentioning GreatGuys !!! and even EXO

not to be me, but its actually incorrect since Rowoon isn’t the tallest male idol in kpop, he himself has stated his actual height is 190.5cm, and Uiyeon is 193cm, making him the tallest. but I’m happy GreatGuys got represented even a little in the discussion and that Wondae saw!

I long for the day there’s no mistake about the tallest male idol. no matter when there is a new idol who is taller than Uiyeon, he and GreatGuys deserve to be recognised for having that title however long it may be, cos facts shouldn’t be determined by one’s level of fame.

also I’m not hating I freaking ADORE arirang radio and especially Lex and Wondae both together and separately! I understand this info was prepared by the PD and it’s not even her fault either, the kpop industry isn’t fair for underrated groups and this is just one example of how.

this isn’t only about height, this happens to underrated and lesser known kpop groups in a variety of different things. yes not everyone can know every group but if you’re gonna claim “tallest” or “first” etc. verify your statement isn’t simply inclusive of the “popular” options.

there’s always gonna be fans of the person or group that is the actual “tallest” or “first” etc, not to mention the idol/group themselves. if you genuinely don’t know something, thats okay! but say so while you hype your faves. or ask around, research, kindly information exchange

no one wants to be hyped up with false info, there’s plenty of talent and skills and holding of various titles and records to go around in kpop, no use crediting people for the wrong things when that same person has a whole other 50 million things going right for them too!
