A company asked my input recently on starting a community.

Why do you need a community I asked?

They wanted to buy a Khoros or Higher Logic platform solely to drive leads or for customers to only use it to post a success story.

Needless to say, they didn& #39;t like the answers I gave them back.

I& #39;m fine with that. Some companies don& #39;t realize community isn& #39;t an online registration form.
