Joe plotted to kill someone/is violent/has been charged with multiple wildlife violations yet is seen a hero. Oppositely, Carole runs an animal sanctuary and (let's not forget) there was no real evidence she killed Don Lewis. Why is she public enemy no1 and Joe a low-level celeb?
