Looking after the team is one of my biggest worries right now. We’ve got the physical, PPE stuff sorted. They are trained, competent and confident. It’s hard not to feel anxious when so many of us are primarily homeworking and can’t be visible, take the temperature in usual ways. We’ve fantastic clinical leaders on the ground though looking after the folk on duty and afterwards. 2/3

There will be longer term things we need to do. None of us will go through this unchanged and some of the @TeessideHospice team will have experienced things they never expected. We’re in this together and will get through it together. #TeamTeesside 3/3
