i love all the cql/mdzs/bjyx fans that i’ve met on here, in my tiny corner of fandom. but honestly, the wider mdzs fandom is a dark place that scares me

i believe that fandom should be a happy place, where people feel free to discuss what they love and create art/fics for whatever and whoever they want without fear of getting lynched by an online mob. i don’t want what i love to become a source of fear and anger
