scenes and/or lines that could possibly carry a double meaning now, if Deckerstar’s relationship/connection goes way back (whether she is an old soul/first friend/first star)
“And some, no matter how you shake things up, end up making the same choices, are drawn to the same people, the same passions.”

according to Dad, in any AU, no matter how events are different, there is a strong connection they will always be drawn to each other.
“My first love was never Eve. It was you Chloe. Always has been”

What if “always has been” carries a deeper meaning. He doesn’t know it but he senses it. This connection that he felt once but separated from it eons ago, & once he met chloe, it grew back again & he fell in love
“You look familiar, have we met before?”

The familiarity, the connection, the way he senses her...
“There’s a connection between us”

He felt it from the first day they met. This connection
“Something different about her that I don’t quite understand.”
“Did my father send you?”

Oh he did!
“I don’t want to die”
“I won’t let you”
“My dad just have to wait for you a little longer”

I mean, the devil who didn’t understand anything about human emotions or connections, who just met this beautiful woman that day, instinctively saved her and “wouldn’t let her die”.
Now maybe I’m reaching (probably am) but the fact that chloe repeated that line TWICE in a about-to-die-situation and lead to Lucifer saving her with his own life at risk, had me thinking. What if she said that line when they were about to be separated before his fall?
“If I pushed this into your chest, it would kill you?”
“Yes”
“Because I’m close to you?”
“Yes”
“But you jumped in front of it anyway?”
“Yes. And I would do it again. And again. Don’t you know that, Detective?”

He literally died & would die for her anytime
“you are different. he is different when he is with you"

Mama knows best
“You look heaven sent”

Oh she is!
