I am seeing lots of people saying there is no help out there.
Each council/area has some kind of volunteer assistant scheme. To collect medication shopping for you if you unable. They have food packages if your struggling to get food and there are also emergency grants 1/2

There is also a local shops scheme in some areas, where your given a list of shops who deliver if your unable to get a supermarket delivery slot.
